Our personal care assistance is tailored to your needs. Our caring staff will assist you with various activities that include showering, bathing, washing, dressing, grooming and toileting and help develop the skills with which you can accomplish them on your own.

We work with you, find the healthy recipes. We prepare meals as your preferences. We can cook together for fun. We also provide modified diet as needed.

You will receive support from our Registered or an Enrolled Nurse. In the nursing services that we provide, we include medication management, complex bowel care, tracheostomy management, ventilation management, enteral feeding, urinary catheter management, subcutaneous injections, complex wound management, etc.

We aim for safe transfer at all times. We assist you get in and out of bed; we provide wheel chair assistance; we work in partnership with your physiotherapist help you with daily exercise. We are experts in operating hoist or standing machine.

Since we promote innovation, we will help you connect with communities. We will assist you with individualised activities such as day trips, shopping, movies, dining out, parties, reading groups; etc. With our support, you will have a great time for sure!

We provide cost-effective housekeeping; home maintenance; home cleaning.

Our staff will perform lawn mowing and garden maintenance for you. They can also assist you with these tasks so that you develop the necessary skills. This is a periodic service and can be scheduled at your preferred time.

The respite packages we offer are customized to meet the individual needs and preferences of each participant. Our therapeutic respite program is specifically designed to enhance well-being, restore and improve physical condition, boost mood, establish social relationships with others, and provide a break for your family. You have the option to choose between staying in an iconic luxury hotel, a beachfront house, or a lodge in the countryside.

We provide in home care services that tailored your needs, preferences and goals. We also work with SDA providers to ensure quality services are delivered in a shared living arrangement.

At Magical Care, we offer optimised NDIS accommodations for participants. These accommodations are luxurious and highly accessible. You can also opt for the SDAs for short-term, medium-term as well as long term stays.

We are experience in looking after participants with behavior of concerns. We implement behavior support plans, restrictive practices in compliance with relevant legislation and policy frameworks. We are committed to work towards the reduction and elimination of the use of restrictive practices.

Our personalised domestic support service includes comprehensive assistance with various household activities that include home organisation, washing clothes, ironing, cleaning your utensils, etc. Our staff will also help develop skills with which you complete them alone.

At Magical Care, we will provide you with the care and support that you need when you are spending your time in respite. Our staff will assist you with household and personal tasks. In addition, you will get assistance with travel as well.
